DailyLine(이하 "앱")은 개인 기록과 회고를 돕는 일기 앱입니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리할 수 있는지, 왜 필요한지, 어디에 저장될 수 있는지, 사용자가 어떤 선택을 할 수 있는지 설명합니다.

1. 앱이 처리할 수 있는 정보

1.1 사용자가 직접 추가하는 정보

• 일기 본문, 제목, 날짜, 감정 선택 등 사용자가 기록에 저장하는 내용
• 일기에 첨부한 사진과 스티커

1.2 앱 동작을 위해 기기에 저장되는 정보

• 앱이 생성한 로컬 사용자 식별자
• 로컬 데이터베이스 암호화 키
• 언어, 테마, 잠금, 알림 시간, 온보딩, 백업 설정 등 앱 설정값

1.3 기능 제공 과정에서 자동으로 처리될 수 있는 정보

• 광고 제공 또는 측정을 위해 사용될 수 있는 광고 식별자(IDFA/GAID)와 추적 허용 상태
• 일기 작성, 언어 변경, 알림 저장, 공유, PDF 내보내기, 구매 및 복원 같은 앱 사용 이벤트
• 오류 진단과 안정성 개선을 위한 충돌 및 진단 정보
• 공지, 버전 확인, 설정값 제공을 위한 Remote Config 요청 정보

1.4 선택 기능 사용 시 처리되는 정보

2. 개인정보 처리 목적

• 일기 작성, 저장, 잠금, 검색, 내보내기, 복원 등 핵심 기능 제공
• 선택한 클라우드 백업 서비스와의 연동
• 알림, 프리미엄 구매 확인, 공지 노출, 버전 확인 등 운영 기능 제공
• 앱 사용 흐름 분석, 오류 진단, 안정성 개선
• 광고 제공 및 광고 추적 제한 설정 반영

3. 정보가 저장되는 위치

3.1 기기 내부 저장

• 일기 데이터와 첨부 사진은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
• 앱은 일기 데이터 저장을 위해 별도의 전용 서버에 일기 본문을 업로드하지 않습니다.
• 일부 운영 정보는 기기 보안 저장소(Keychain 또는 Keystore 등)에 저장될 수 있습니다.

3.2 외부 서비스 저장

• 사용자가 클라우드 백업을 활성화하면 백업 데이터는 Google Drive에 저장될 수 있습니다.
• 분석, 충돌 진단, 광고, 결제, Remote Config 기능을 위해 필요한 일부 정보는 해당 외부 서비스로 전송될 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 외부 처리자

앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 외부 서비스가 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 법령상 요구가 있는 경우 정보가 제공될 수 있습니다.

5. 국외 이전

앱은 전 세계에서 운영되는 외부 서비스를 사용하므로, 서비스 제공 과정에서 일부 정보가 대한민국 외 국가로 이전, 저장 또는 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 이전받는 자: Google LLC, Apple Inc. 및 각 회사의 관련 서비스 제공자
• 이전 국가: 미국 등 해당 외부 서비스가 서버 또는 처리 시설을 운영하는 국가
• 이전 항목: 광고 식별자, 앱 사용 이벤트, 충돌 및 진단 정보, Remote Config 요청 정보, Google Drive 백업 데이터, 구매 및 복원 처리 정보 등 기능 제공에 필요한 정보
• 이전 목적: 분석, 오류 진단, 광고 제공 및 측정, 클라우드 백업과 복원, 결제 처리, 공지와 설정값 제공
• 보유 및 이용 기간: 각 외부 서비스 제공자의 정책 또는 사용자가 해당 기능을 해제하거나 데이터를 삭제할 때까지

사용자는 선택 기능을 사용하지 않거나, 기기 설정에서 광고 추적을 제한하거나, 연결된 클라우드 서비스에서 백업 데이터를 삭제하는 방식으로 일부 국외 이전을 제한할 수 있습니다. 다만 앱 운영, 결제, 오류 진단 등 필수 기능에 필요한 처리는 완전히 제한되지 않을 수 있습니다.

6. 보관 기간과 삭제

• 기기에 저장된 일기 데이터와 첨부 파일은 사용자가 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다.
• 클라우드 백업 데이터는 사용자가 해당 클라우드 서비스에서 직접 삭제할 때까지 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
• 로컬 사용자 식별자나 데이터베이스 암호화 키처럼 보안 저장소에 저장되는 일부 값은 운영체제나 기기 정책에 따라 앱 삭제 또는 재설치 이후에도 일정 기간 남을 수 있습니다.
• 분석, 충돌, 광고, 구매 관련 데이터의 보관 기간은 각 외부 서비스 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다.

7. 파기 절차와 방법

• 앱 안에서 일기나 첨부 사진을 삭제하면 해당 데이터는 앱의 로컬 저장소에서 삭제됩니다.
• 앱을 제거하면 일반적으로 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터가 삭제되지만, 운영체제의 백업, 보안 저장소 또는 연결된 클라우드 서비스에 일부 데이터가 남을 수 있습니다.
• 클라우드 백업 데이터는 사용자가 Google Drive 등 연결된 서비스에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 전자 파일은 복구하기 어렵도록 삭제하거나, 해당 외부 서비스의 삭제 절차에 따라 파기됩니다.

8. 사용자의 권리와 선택

• 사용자는 앱 안에서 일기와 첨부 사진을 직접 열람, 수정, 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 앱 개발자는 사용자의 일기 내용을 별도 서버에 저장하지 않으므로, 일기 내용의 정정 또는 삭제는 사용자의 기기 또는 연결된 클라우드 백업에서 직접 처리해야 합니다.
• PDF 내보내기와 클라우드 백업을 통해 데이터를 반출할 수 있으며, Google Drive 백업 데이터는 사용자가 연결된 Google Drive에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 광고 추적, 알림, Google Drive 백업 등 선택 기능은 기기 설정, 앱 설정 또는 해당 기능 사용 여부를 통해 제한하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
• Firebase Crashlytics를 통한 충돌 및 오류 진단은 앱 안정성 향상을 위해 정식 출시 버전에서 활성화되며, 사용자가 직접 비활성화할 수 없습니다. 수집되는 데이터는 기술적 충돌 정보에 한정되며 일기 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.
• 개인정보 처리 방식에 대한 문의, 개발자가 보유한 문의 기록의 삭제 요청, 또는 앱에서 직접 처리하기 어려운 요청이 있는 경우 아래 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다.
• 요청을 받으면 본인 확인과 요청 내용 확인 후 관련 법령과 기술적으로 가능한 범위에서 처리합니다.

9. 광고 및 행태정보

앱은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 앱 안정성 개선을 위해 광고 식별자(IDFA/GAID), 추적 허용 상태, 광고 노출 및 상호작용 정보, 앱 사용 이벤트를 처리할 수 있습니다.

• iOS 사용자는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 팝업 또는 기기 설정에서 추적 허용 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다.
• Android 사용자는 Google 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤형 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
• 광고 또는 분석 서비스 제공자는 자체 정책에 따라 제한된 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

10. 보안

• 앱의 로컬 데이터베이스는 암호화되어 저장될 수 있습니다.
• 생체 인증 정보는 기기 내부에서 처리되며 앱 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
• 다만 어떤 전자적 저장 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

11. 아동의 개인정보

• 이 앱은 대한민국 기준 만 14세 미만 아동을 주요 이용 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다.
• 현재 앱에는 별도의 연령 확인 또는 법정대리인 동의 절차가 구현되어 있지 않습니다.
• 만 14세 미만 아동 또는 거주 지역 법령상 보호자 동의가 필요한 연령의 사용자는 보호자의 지도와 동의 아래 앱을 사용해야 합니다.
• 보호자가 아동의 개인정보가 앱 또는 관련 서비스에서 처리되었다고 판단하는 경우 연락 주시면 확인 가능한 범위에서 검토하겠습니다.

12. 방침 변경

본 개인정보처리방침은 서비스 변경, 기능 추가, 법령 반영 등에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 내 공지, 업데이트 안내 또는 문서 개정으로 알릴 수 있습니다.

Daily Line Diary("the app") is a journaling app designed to support personal reflection. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may process, why it is needed, where it may be stored, and what choices you have.

1. Information the app may process

1.1 Information you add yourself

• Journal text, titles, dates, mood selections, and other content you save in an entry
• Photos and stickers attached to an entry

1.2 Information stored on your device to operate the app

• A local user identifier generated by the app
• A local database encryption key
• App settings such as language, theme, lock preference, reminder time, onboarding state, and backup options

1.3 Information that may be processed automatically while features run

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and tracking permission status used for ads or ad measurement
• App usage events such as writing an entry, changing language, saving notification settings, sharing, exporting PDF files, and completing or restoring purchases
• Crash and diagnostic information used to improve stability
• Remote Config requests used to provide notices, version checks, and configuration values

1.4 Information used when you enable optional features

• Account connection details needed for Google Drive backup and restore
• Purchase and restore handling information from the App Store or Google Play

2. Why information is used

• To provide core features such as writing, storing, locking, searching, exporting, and restoring journal entries
• To connect to the cloud backup service you choose
• To support reminders, premium purchase verification, notices, and version checks
• To analyze product usage, diagnose crashes, and improve app reliability
• To show ads and respect your ad-tracking choices
• To translate selected text only when you request that action

3. Where information is stored

3.1 On-device storage

• Journal entries and attached photos are stored on your device by default.
• The app does not operate a dedicated server for storing your journal text.
• Some operational values may be stored in secure device storage such as Keychain or Keystore.

3.2 Third-party services

• If you enable cloud backup, backup data may be stored in Google Drive.
• Some information needed for analytics, crash reporting, ads, purchases, and Remote Config may be sent to the relevant service providers.

4. Third-party processors and sharing

The app does not sell your personal information. However, service providers may process limited information as needed to operate their part of the service, and information may be disclosed when required by law.

5. International transfers

Because the app uses third-party services that operate globally, some information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside your country of residence.

• Recipients: Google LLC, Apple Inc., and their relevant service providers
• Countries: the United States and other countries where those service providers operate servers or processing facilities
• Information: advertising identifiers, app usage events, crash and diagnostic information, Remote Config request information, Google Drive backup data, purchase and restore handling information, and other information needed to provide the relevant feature
• Purposes: analytics, crash diagnostics, advertising and ad measurement, cloud backup and restore, purchase handling, notices, and configuration values
• Retention: according to the relevant service provider's policy or until you disable the relevant feature or delete the data where available

You can limit some transfers by not using optional features, limiting ad tracking in device settings, or deleting connected backup data from the relevant cloud service. Some processing needed for app operation, purchases, diagnostics, or required service functions may not be fully avoidable.

6. Retention and deletion

• Journal data and attachments stored on your device may remain until you delete them or remove the app.
• Cloud backup data may remain until you delete it from the connected cloud service.
• Some values stored in secure storage, such as the local user identifier or database encryption key, may remain for a period of time after app removal or reinstallation depending on operating-system behavior.
• Retention periods for analytics, crash, advertising, and purchase-related data follow the policies of the relevant service providers.

7. Deletion procedure and method

• When you delete journal entries or attached photos in the app, the data is deleted from the app's local storage.
• When you remove the app, app data stored on your device is generally removed, but some data may remain in operating-system backups, secure storage, or connected cloud services.
• Cloud backup data can be deleted by you from the connected service, such as Google Drive.
• Electronic files are deleted in a way intended to make recovery difficult or are deleted according to the relevant third-party service's deletion process.

8. Your rights and choices

• You can directly view, edit, and delete journal entries and attached photos in the app.
• The app developer does not store your journal content on a dedicated server, so correction or deletion of journal content must be handled directly on your device or in your connected cloud backup.
• You can export your data using PDF export or cloud backup features, and you can delete Google Drive backup data directly from the connected Google Drive account.
• Optional features such as ad tracking, notifications, and Google Drive backup can be limited or stopped through device settings, app settings, or by not using the relevant feature.
• Crash and error diagnostics collected by Firebase Crashlytics are enabled in release builds to improve app stability and cannot be disabled by the user. The data collected is limited to technical crash information and does not include journal content.
• You can contact us about privacy practices, deletion of inquiry records held by the developer, or requests that cannot be handled directly in the app using the contact details below.
• After receiving a request, we may verify the requester and request details, then respond within the scope required by applicable law and technically feasible for the app.

9. Advertising and behavioral information

The app may process advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), tracking permission status, ad impressions and interactions, and app usage events to provide ads, measure ad performance, and improve app stability.

• iOS users can choose whether to allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt or device settings.
• Android users can reset the advertising ID or limit personalized ads in Google settings or device settings.
• Advertising and analytics service providers may process limited information under their own policies.

10. Security

• The local app database may be stored in encrypted form.
• Biometric authentication is processed on your device and is not sent to the app developer.
• No electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

• The app is not designed primarily for children under 13 in the United States or for children below the minimum age of digital consent in their country or region.
• The app does not currently provide a dedicated age-verification or parental-consent flow.
• Children who need parental or guardian consent under local law should use the app only with that consent and supervision.
• If a parent or guardian believes that a child's personal information has been processed through the app or related services, please contact us and we will review the request where feasible.

12. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service changes, new features are added, or legal requirements change. Material updates may be announced through an in-app notice, an app update, or a revised document.
